Fourth Dutch Delta Congress 2013
Delta Commissioner Wim Kuijken has organised the Fourth Dutch Delta Conference on 7 November 2013. All stakeholders and in parties interested in the Delta Programme were attending. The theme of the conference was the fourth Delta Programme report, the DP2014, which has been presented on 17 September 2013 Prinsjesdag (the state opening of parliament).
Prominent speakers from the government, the business community, civil society organisations and scientific circles delivered addresses at the conference. They reflected on the developments in the Delta Programme from a wide variety of angles. The formula of past years will be followed. This year, special attention had been be paid to “promising strategies” on the path to the Delta Decisions in 2014-2015.
