Within the national Delta Programme, government authorities and other parties are working on rendering the Netherlands water-resilient and climate-proof. The Delta Programme revolves around three topics: flood risk management, freshwater supply, and spatial adaptation. With effect from 2015, these three topics have been addressed on the basis of regional strategies.
