Martijn Looijer joined the Delta Programme Commissioner’s staff in January 2016. He holds the positions of Financial/Economic Consultant and Deputy Director of the Staff. Mr Looijer is the contact for issues involving the Delta Fund budget, cost estimates, social cost-benefit analyses, and public-private partnerships. He also liaises with the Flood Protection Programme. Previously, Mr Looijer was Deputy Department Head at the Government Finance Inspectorate at the Ministry of Finance, where his responsibilities included advising the Minister regarding the Delta Programme.
