Strategy and Expertise Consultant Pieter Bloemen joined the staff of the Delta Programme Commissioner on 1 February 2010. Within the staff, Mr Bloemen is the contact for strategy issues. His main duties concern developing the principles for the strategies to be pursued within the Delta Programme. In addition, he is the first point of contact for adaptive delta management issues. Previously, he was a member of the Delta Programme quartermaster’s team, bearing responsibility for developing the basic values and principles underpinning the Delta Programme.
